What happens when I exceed my device limit?
Your existing devices continue working. You'll be prompted to upgrade or purchase additional device credits. We'll never shut down your fleet unexpectedly.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're charged prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. When downgrading, credits apply to your next invoice.
Do offline devices count toward my limit?
Devices that haven't connected in 30+ days are automatically marked inactive and don't count toward your limit. You can reactivate them anytime.
What's included in support?
All paid plans include email support. Starter: 24-hour response. Pro: 4-hour response with 99.5% SLA. Enterprise: 1-hour response with 99.9% SLA and dedicated account manager.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can use purchase orders and wire transfers.
Can I self-host EdgeFlow?
Yes! The edge runtime is 100% open source and free to self-host. The SaaS platform (device management, OTA updates, monitoring) is available for Enterprise customers as an on-premise deployment.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
